Recently, we hired All Cuts to cut some relief cuts in a driveway. Unfortunately they were far from straight, and really disappointing final product, they didn't have the tools with them to finish some cuts and never rinsed down the driveway once complete. I can't speak for their slab cutting and coring services, but the public needs to be warned that they cannot cut straight lines if that's what your hoping for.

I need to give them some credit for 'trying' to come up with solutions for for this, but unfortunately with how permanent concrete cuts are, any solution posed greater risks than leaving it. This should have been done correct the first time. I had calls unanswered and many excuses not to meet-up, never once did they own up to the mistake, they put the bare minimum effort forward to justify the work. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but this is unacceptable work and I just would hate for someone else to have this happen to them.

Thank you to All Cuts for the fabulous service we received for snow removal this week. We appreciate that we were able to operate our business, thanks to All Cuts keeping our parking lot clear and safe for customers and staff. All Cuts was there every morning, as needed, and on top of fresh snowfall each day. Even though we contacted them late in the evening, Chris was quick to respond, and always positive and professional to deal with. We can’t recommend them enough.
