Terrible place to go for counseling they are just heartless! I'm extremely lonely. I have major depression and anxiety. I'm legally blind. I have chronic pain and other things and I have nobody in my life. I'm extremely lonely and I was seeking help about this and they won't give me help. I get enough rejection. I don't need them to reject me too. I don't recommend this place. Please don't go here!

Love the volunteers at their Thrift Shop. They’re friendly and helpful. This is a small thrift store that do not have items as many as big thrift stores like Value Village or Salvation Army’s has, but sometimes you can get some stuff that still has original price tag on it or barely used with half or even quarter the price of the other big thrift stores have. They also have a mascot. A cute cat named Maggy!

Worst help agency in the city, they are not understanding, helpful, nor effective. They have 'no' idea how to handle people, they just expect all clients to fit into a little box, do what they want, (not what you need) and if you don't fit in with them, they all cut you off and say 'we will discuss your goals at the next meeting'. The meetings are roughly 15 minutes long so never enough time to get anything started, let alone figured out. If you need 'help', Thrive is NOT the place to go. They will make all your problems worse.,... much, much worse.

Excellent resource for families on a low income. Thrive provides a thrift shop, a food bank, children's cloths and formula, social workers and coucelers.
