I have used Postech Screw Piles for two projects and both have turned out great. The product is high quality and Kirk and his team are also great to work with. The first was for a cottage we purchased in 2019, we knew the existing wood piles needed to be replaced since they had rotted and/or sunken. The Postech option not only provides is a better product than wood but also ensures we will not have to replace the piles in the future. The process was easy and the install quick, all the piles were in place and we had the carrier beams installed in less then a day. Four yeas later and the Postech Screw piles are pristine and look like they just went in. The second project was a front patio with a goal of ensure didn’t run into any issues with frost and wanted a nice clean look. I had previously used traditional wood piles for our back deck but after using the Postech piles at our cottage decided to use them instead. A lot less work and much better result. The screw piles are much easier to install and you don’t have any of the traditional labour of digging holes, trying to center the piles and then back fill and tamp. It took about an hour to install the piles and we were building the deck right after. Both project exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Postech.

Solid foundation with the ability to adjust, thermal heating of posts which all but eliminates frost heave and very little disruption to the property so that you can build the same day as install!!
