The Canada Day Parade was the biggest disappointment. The only things representing our country were the Pipers and the big Canadian Flag. More countries were represented than Canada. Shameful.

Is the Port Credit BIA doing enough? Or ANYTHING? For residents of Port Credit we have complete chaos as far as traffic is concerned. Roads in or out of PC a disaster. Hurontario chaotic. Mississauga Road terrible at QEW, also the narrow 2 lane in and out due to the mess at Hurontario and the new subdivision at southwest corner of Lakeshore is strained to the 10's. Plus shoppers from Indian road and Mississauga road areas come south to shop at Loblaws and have to go thru the TINY little overactive intersection. Why not have streets that go through this area directly to Credit Landing like on Park or Peter streets? The Mississauga Road and Lakeshore Rd intersection was a joke to begin with, not at all adequate for traffic flow...BUT WITH THE NEW MASSIVE SUBDIVISION going in, this intersection and Mississauga Road NEEDS to be widened or alternative streets to divert this choke hold. Image many hundreds of extra cars after this subdivision is built? Why wait for chaos. If the city engineers have planed something why not tell us? The BIA should be reporting THIS KIND OF NEWS...the news that is on everyones mind every day. Yes its good to hear whats going on in the park, but are you working with Mississauga traffic engineers to address the problem at Lakeshore and Mississauga Road? Please let us all know...

All the drunks coming out 2.30 in the morning then at 8 am Saturday their out with leaf blowers broken glass sand butts everything up in the air only to settle somewhere else ya wonderful place.
