When you go in for an appointment be sure to ask all information before you pay. I made that mistake today. When I showed up for the appointment I assumed it was going to be a follow up to my eye exam as it was on my previous visit. WRONG !!

Instead I paid their fee and waited as 5 other people (some who had arrived after me) and visited the doctor. After waiting for my my turn to be called up the receptionist gave me the same eye exam as my previous visit. (maybe 1 minute) After that I was instructed to wait once again in their lobby ... another 1/2 hour wait. When I was finally called up for the 2nd time, instead of doing more exams, I was directed into their room where the prescriptions are done with no further eye exams.

So basically the same results as my last visit, I got scammed out of $100 for 10 minutes of doctor time. It was a free visit last time because I was referred by my doctor. This visit was arranged by DR LEE

Will I go back? Not if I can help it.

Ive had to see him 3 times for cyst removal of my eyes. Currently going for #4. All the staff are friendly and treat me well. First procedure was scary as i do suffer from anxiety. I had seen a different dr for cyst removal and the procedure(machine and 5 mins)that he did it came back after 3 months. Dr. Lees procedure is more old school as I like to call it but with better results. I did not get another cyst for 2 years and not in the same spot.

My first appointment he cancelled, and today I go for my 2:15 re-booked appointment, only to find out he will be 15-20 minutes late. The receptionist starts the appointment with administering drops to dilate the pupils. In the meantime, 2 more patients arrive. The receptionist then calls him around 2:30 and asks if he is almost at the office, and would he like her to continue with the next step of the appointment (taking pictures). Then another patient shows up. Now 4 patients waiting and no doctor. Finally at 2:55 Dr. Lee saunters in.
He did not explain anything he was doing to me, and basically told me everything was perfect and come back in a year.
I hardly think I’ll ever step foot in that office. My time is way too valuable, then to be left waiting for that!

I really wish I was able to give this 0 stars, as this doctor misdiagnosed my poor mother who has cataracts and glaucoma, and he said it is treatable with eye drops and lazer eye surgery, he came in late all the time, his hands always smelt horrible, he barely took the time to carefully diagnose my mother.

NOT only that, skip to few weeks after her first few appointments, my family doctor wanted a follow up and he then told us that he has not recieved anything from them, and asked us to phone and get him to fax all information. As we did what he wished, they REFUSED too send it over to my doctor. I then told them it is important that he receives it, they finally did so..

Skip to about 1 month later, my mom stopped seeing Dr. Lee and went to a much better specialist--she then had lazer eye surgery. A month later (November 28 2018) she went for a follow up with the specialist to see how things went, and she now has lost 40% of vision in her left eye due to misdiagnosis from Dr. Lee. It could've been well taken care of if he paid full attention to his job! My mother now has to go to VGH for eye surgery to stop the pressure from building, as she has a risk that she can go blind in a month or so if not treated.

So, I highly suggest not to come to Dr. Lee.
