I was apprehensive after my last visit to Brooke emergency and grew increasingly worried when I walked into a line with no signs and now one behind the desk. But after finding a 1-833 number to phone and register everything went extremely well! The staff were friendly and really well trained. Sarah(?) the nurse not only admitted me, she arranged the testing required and even did a brief ultrasound. Best experience (once in the system) I have ever had in an ER!I don’t want to go back for obvious reasons but would not hesitate to do so. Note to AHS, these pros need help with administration and planning- you are making them look bad!

Before going to this Health Centre, I had some reservations based on reviews. I'm from the US, and was in this area for the first time on vacation. Turns out I developed some serious poison oak to the face and it was spreading to the eye, so we opted to go in from Waterton, where we were staying.

Contrary to what others have said in other reviews, I was seen and diagnosed with prescriptions in less that 100 minutes. What? My experiences in the U.S. at emergency rooms are much longer that that. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, as, quite honestly, I've found Canadians to be on this trip. Kudos to you Canada!

What's also nice is there are pharmacies nearby where you can get your prescriptions filled. All in all, I gave this experience 5 stars, and quite honestly, I hardly ever write reviews on Google, but considering where I could've ended up having not gone in, I'm glad I did, and I was very happy with the service.

What a fantastic team!!! Slow day maybe but bed side mannor was fantastic. They were able to tend to my needs With great efficiency and a welcoming attitude, each and everyone of the nurses and Doctor Who help me made me feel very relaxed and calm

Had an ultrasound here today. So efficient and everyone was awesome. I had just gotten discharged from another hospital and got the call for the ultrasound within minutes, and booked same day! Almost no waiting time, I was in and out very quickly. Thank you!

Had to take a friend to the Emerge due to concerns for a serious medical condition. Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient and were got in and out with appropriate testing in a very timely manner. Would definitely return. Thanks to Dr De Plessis and RN Teresa for their great work.

While vacationing in the Pincher Creek area, my husband sustained an injury requiring stitches. I dropped him at the admitting area and parked the car. When I entered the hospital, I expected to find him waiting in line at the triage desk. This wasn't the case. He was already in the ER unit with an RN nurse being assessed. What a breath of fresh air compared to hospitals in the larger municipalities. The staff were efficient, friendly, and all around fantastic, including Dr. Taylor and the wonderful physician's assistant who stitched him up. The team worked well together, and we were on our way to our hotel within an hour and a half of entering the hospital. Had this injury happened at home, we likely would have waited several hours to receive any medical attention.

I recently had reason to visit the emergency department at PC Health Centre and I was extremely impressed with the speedy manner I was seen and the very friendly and efficient staff that attended me. Dr. Marx was thorough and professional and genuinely concerned. She dealt with my situation with great care and I was very satisfied with her treatment. The nurse (a young gentleman) was very pleasant and kind as well. Couldn't ask for better care and speed of service. Thanks Dr. Marx!

Absolute terrible service. The only person that was helpful was a security guard who is incredible. The nurses and staff were sitting there making jokes while people were in the waiting room waiting to be seen. The doctors were ignorant, and the lack of care from them was revolting. There didn't seem to be any rush to see their patients. I can only imagine why rural healthcare has a reputation that it does. Very disappointing. Would hate to have a serious emergency that was life-threatening at this location. I have never seen such lack of care from attending residence and nurses.
