I took some courses, for which I’m grateful, but the attitude of the teachers was disrespectful and sometimes condescending! They promised a reward for those who attended all the lessons, but after the course, no one replies to emails. They promised help with finding a job, but in the end, they said we had to find a job ourselves, and if we worked there for 3 months, they would give us checks as a reward… But no one knows who got those checks 😂 because none of the students have seen them… It’s all lies! It’s not about the money, but why make empty promises and lie…

I want to take a moment to share my experience with the organization PICS, and the wonderful people that work here. I first discovered this organization through a recommendation from a friend who had a positive experience with their services.This organization have beautiful people and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism,and dedication to helping individuals like myself.I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being such a amazing English teacher.Your passion for the subject and your dedication to our learning have made a huge difference in my education. I really appreciate all the effort you put into making each lesson engaging and informative and you inspired me to improve my skills and explore the language more deeply.Thanks to your guidance,I feel more confident in my English skills,and I’m excited to continue improving.Thank you for your dedication and support throughout the courses.You truly make learning enjoyable, and I’m grateful to have you as my teacher.Thank you again to the this organization for their professionalism and dedication to help people like me.

Upon calling, I felt the interaction was very rushed. The representative named Kalah(?) I spoke with provided brief responses and seemed eager to end the call quickly, which came across as unprofessional. She ended the conversation abruptly with, “That’s all, ok? Bye,” without confirming if I had any additional questions. I found the experience quite uncomfortable, as I’m not used to that level of customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable reaching out again, especially since emails go unanswered and phone calls feel dismissed. Overall, it left me feeling like my time and concerns weren’t valued.

I had my practicums here . Love the staff and the residents . Only one thing is that uneducated people like Mr. Rajeev are running this place . This man has behaved badly with students . He yells at them . He is not intelligent enough to say sorry and Thankyou . Not his fault , nobody taught him manners, alas! For future students of this man disrespects you remember you are in Canada and nobody has the right to treat any human being with disrespect. Take a rigorous action right away . DO NOT TOLERATE HIS NONSENSE.

"We are not benefiting from the presence of the employees in this department. Instead of providing support and assistance, they cause long waiting times and show clear indifference to the needs of visitors.
Moreover, the strong smell of food fills the place, making it feel more like entering a restaurant rather than a professional center like PICS."

PICS delivers exceptional services, making it an indispensable part of the community. As a well-structured and efficiently managed organization, it provides a variety of workshops and programs tailored to meet diverse needs. PICS offers initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge, helping individuals secure employment or launch a business through its Self-Employment Training program. The Program Advisors are enthusiastic, positive, helpful, and well-prepared for the workshops.

Additionally, PICS supported me in obtaining Class 4 Unrestricted Driving Training through a local driving school. Thanks to their assistance, I successfully passed the Class 4 Unrestricted driving test on my first attempt. I highly recommend PICS to job seekers or anyone looking to start a business. A special thanks to Kamaljeet and Rajdeep for providing me with the essential tools and support.
