I used the pharmacy for the 1st time today, I have used Shoppers for 20+ years but they referred me here as I needed a compound prescription done. I was so impressed , I was lucky to be greeted by Robert. He went over everything with me in detail, as I was giving him my information to get my scripts filled. I was impressed & I left thinking I should just go there from now on! Very pleased with the customer service also as I purchased as few items on my way out. This is a small store but I genuinely enjoy what it has to offer.

I never review but I wanted to shout out this pharmacy. The staff back there are amazing. They have troubleshooted and have gone above and beyond what I have experienced in the past at other pharmacies. They handle delicate situations with grace and empathy. I really appreciate my interactions with them and how they handled my prescription issues.

Pay careful attention to the medication you get from this pharmacy as I got medication for my dog there and when I got home, I noticed it was a thyroid medication for a cat. Had to drive all the way back to get the proper medication. Very dangerous, could have caused harmful effects even death to be taking the wrong medication. All I got was a "sorry".

Just moved to the area. This location has great pharmacists, but absolutely horrible customer service from the remaining staff. Getting stalked by the other employees for absolutely no reason and being harassed for ID over a $3 scratch & win at 40 is not my idea of a good time. We live a 2 min walk away and will not be returning. Thanks for the warm welcome to the community 🙄

We are a senior couple with health issues who moved here in Jan. We are terribly distressed & discouraged at not being able to find any doctor or nurse practitioner to care for us or refer us to the Specialists that we also need.
Our only consolation for the complete lack of the most basic health care here in BC is the kindness & help we have received from the Pharmacists at Pharmasave. They have gone out of their way to assist us whenever they could.

Very nice greeting by the woman at first when I walked in then I stood at the prescription counter and neither women would acknowledge me at all. Not even a "be right with you". So I left.
