I’ve used the pet wash at the sundre location, twice now and both experiences have not been great. Today, they were out of conditioner, but didn’t mention it, when I asked to use the wash. Unfortunately, ii didn’t discover they were out till, my dog was washed and waiting for a staff member to come into the main part of the store, so I could ask, as I didn’t want to leave my dog unattended in the tub, to find someone. I ended up purchasing conditioner, to complete bathing my dog. Both times the tub has drained very slowly. However, today the tub filled deeper with water and still had water in it, when we were leaving. Both times, the plug in that’s located in the wash area, hasn’t worked & both times, no one seems to know how to fix it or can offer an alternative plug in. I bring my own pet grooming dryer, so my dog can leave dry, as we don’t live in town. The dryers provided, only blow cool air, so it takes a fairly long time to dry. I would’ve used it today, however the water was cool and the tub, wasn’t draining properly. I will try one more time to see if service goes better and if not, I will return to using the didsbury location, even though they are much further away.

My partner, dog and I all went to check out the location since its brand new and it was an amazing experience. My girl is easily excited and they offered her love and treats while we shopped and gave us amazing advice for a toys that she absolutely adores! And the pet wash was amazing for us to use as well. Roxy also would love to thank them for giving her momma the best suggestion for a toy (the squirrel in her mouth) as it is perfect for her and made her very happy! 🥰

The store it's self is awesome. Thr employees are great!
But in my opinion their dog wash station is not made for senior dogs at all!

I love coming into a local store and having the manger remembers my dog my cell number lol!!! Jannine is a complete gem and I'm happy she is expanding into the grooming part as our community needs it! Good selection! (miss the fish 😉

They didn't have the brand of raw dog food that I needed...they suggested another brand, but I have a fussy dog. They were kind enough to give me a sample. And he loves it. I definitely be going back for more!
