Nous avons découvert Pemberton suite à un problème avec notre voiture de location. Non seulement cette ville est charmante et les gens sympathiques, mais l'accueil que nous avons reçu au "visitor center" a été remarquable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de Grace et de sa collègue et les remercions encore pour l'aide précieuse qu'elles nous ont apportée.

We discovered Pemberton following a problem with our rental car. Not only is this city charming and the people friendly, but the welcome we received at the visitor center was remarkable. We have very good memories of Grace and her colleague and thank them again for the precious help they have given us.

Arrived after a tough drive on route 99 south, brakes were hot and smelly... Asking the representative in the information desk if the route to Whistler is the same, the answer was "you are not going to meet such road conditions anywhere else in BC". Ahh, and there is a dump station.

We wanted to get a Joffre Pass for the day. Showing up, the wonderful staff Tina had to tell us, that we need to sign up online for it and it's already sold out. But she recommended us a different hike and a great spot to go swimming. We loved it. Unfortunately we had car problems and went back to Pemberton after the hike instead of Lilloet. And we can't thank Tina enough how much she helped us. Thank you Tina. And since I spend an hour in line with the car rental company I was able to see, how she helped other visitors. Great and with such a friendly, nice, welcoming attitude. Tina truly represents the Canadian kind of being friendly and always helpful. Thank you very very much.

Tina was extremely extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to help us figure out what hikes to do, how to use the passes and also make us feel so welcomed in the region. Called for some information about Pemberton flooding because wanted to go camping with the family up in the area. Tina went above and beyond to get me all the info necessary to make my decision. She was super pleasant on the phone, send me e mails with maps and info where all the flooding was happening as well! Amazing customer Sercive. Thx Tina, you are awesome!

Sani-Dump Station vorhanden, kostet allerdings 12$. Trinkwasser Tank kann man umsonst auffüllen.

A really nice visitor center. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful.. .seemed to know the area very well and even gave us directions to Birkenhead. It is on a corner and easily accessible from either side. They also have a newer sani dump. Ten dollars in coins to dump and the trap is locked until you pay and on a timer so be ready with your hose before you put your money in the machine. That being said, the turn into the sani station is easy and clear of obstructions
