My daughter has pneumonia and she seemed to be getting worse the night before, they couldnt do anything that night and advised us to go in the next day. We did - they are too busy to check on us.

I have taken my son to Pemberton Clinic several times when he was sick, and each time he was seen on the same day by one of the doctors on duty that day.

Today, my son visited the clinic again and was thoroughly and patiently examined by Dr. Nahid Mehraein, who prescribed the necessary medications for him.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the medical staff and employees of this clinic.

Wow! I got lucky with a spur of the moment appointment with a UBC resident, Dr Wang. He was such a great listener & communicator. I felt at ease immediately & confident in his knowledge & diagnosis. Pemberton should snag this excellent young physician.

It does not surprise me that there are so many one star experiences, I have been suffering for years and years and years because I've been neglected by past doctors, they told me they sent out referrals and I found out from my new doctor that they never sent out any of my referrals they just lied to my face. I am so happy to finally have a doctor that listened to me and believed me and she had every right to because I got diagnosed with severe arthritis and multiple other pain issues so I wish I could rub my diagnosis in my past doctors face that literally just called me a pill popper and an addict even though I hadnt been prescribed painkillers in years! I don't even drink or do drugs and they just instantly callvyou a pill popper because of your age? It was so awful I got so depressed and I almost gave up on trying to get help but thank God I got my new female doctor and she has changed my life! I finally have hope again that I can get my life back and I finally can trust a doctor again, She sent out my referrals instantly and I got my call from my specialist within a week and now my surgeries are booked and yes I actually need surgery that is how bad my pain is so to my past doctors, i hope you see this and feel shame, you are supposed to advocate for and help us, not make us depressed and want to give up and make some of us suicidal because of your biased opinion but a big thank you to Dr.Hodges you are an amazing women and I wish every doctor was like you also the receptionists at the doctor's office are wonderful and amazing ( beautiful inside and out) as well please don't send any hate towards them this is not their fault it is the other doctors and nurses. I understand the wait times because for how many people are up here and how many part-time doctors we have it's understandable that sometimes you have to wait a month but when you're in as much pain as I am, waiting is not an option.

This office is impossible to get a hold of. We've been trying to contact them for 2 days by phone, but they never answer, and they do not have an answering machine. They have a fax number but no faxes can get through to them

I feel extremely fortunate to live in a small town with such an incredible medical resource. The Pemberton Medical Clinic has kept me and my familiar well for 15 years. The infusion of new staff and management in the past few years has only made the facility better. It is rare that I have to wait for more than a day to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner. I find the doctors here are diligent, listen well and are committed to finding solutions to any medical issue.

We are extremely fortunate to have this health centre in Pemberton, and most importantly, its staff. Our family has used this health centre for over 10 years, and the doctors and nursing staff saved my Mom's life at least twice. Many small communities in BC are faced with a revolving door of doctors and nurses, but here we are blessed with amazing staff that are truly a part of the community for the long term, and their level of commitment reflects that.

The team of doctors and nurse practitioners at the Pemberton Medical Clinic are fantastic. Periodically there are wait times for appointments when emergencies are happening, the struggles of being in a small town. But the care and follow-up I have received goes over and beyond expectations. Doctors and nurse practitioners get to know each patient individually and always circle back to inquire about previous visit outcomes.
