I arrived at 9am with a knee injury. The nurse at reception acknowledged me right away (I apologize for not having a name, but she had red hair in a pony tail). She was very friendly and kind. Within minutes they had me all setup in the back.

The xray technician was the next step and Heather was very nice and understanding. Dr. Hodgson (sorry if I miss spelled your name) was next. She was amazing.

I have to be honest I was worried about going because I have heard of extremely long wait times. I however did not experience this, I was in and out within 2 hours. I get how some people might find wait times to be extensive but I think that comes with living in a town with minimal housing and experiencing a major growth spirt.

I'm very pleased with the treatment I got here. The doctors and nurses were super friendly and did a wonderful job putting my finger back together after a woodchipping accident. They're very relaxed, professional and highly competent.

Well we didn’t not have a very good experience at the emergency here in Pemberton emergency we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and got moved to a bed just to wait for another hour and a half before a nurse came n checked on my mom and that was only because I went to see when the dr will be in to see her and they told me she was next and to hear the dr going to 2 other parties yet before my mom and still waiting going on to 2 hours now and till nothing it’s going to be upsetting if all they do n say sorry have to come back tomorrow and it’s not that easy to be travelling back n forth 2 hours both ways I know there is a list that needs to be fallowed but still going over 4 hours almost 5 hours is not looking good for service here that’s for sure
