Fantastic selection of quality work wear, clothing and goods only found in Canada. A must visit. Very reasonably priced. Look beyond the merchandising and you will find something special.

A local character in Pemberton. You might not find him friendly, but you know where you stand with him. And, damn, does he know how to outfit you for all conditions from village to mountain, sunshine to rain. Head fora gander, tip your new hat on the way out...and and maybe you'll leave with an abrasive experience as well. Love this place.

Wer von Whistler weiter ins Landesinnere fährt und auf der Suche nach funktioneller Kleidung in einem ursprünglichen Geschäft ist, der ist hier richtig. Habe eine wunderschöne Winterjacke zum Schnäppchenpreis gefunden und freue mich schon auf die ersten Minustemperaturen. In anderen Rezessionen habe ich von unfreundlichem Personal gelesen. Dazu kann ich sagen, wir haben uns höflich vorgestellt und erst einmal einen kleinen Plausch mit dem älteren Herrn gehalten. Anschließend haben wir uns gemütlich umgesehen und anprobiert. Wie man halt in den Wald hineinruft ... 😉 Wer Designer-Klamotten und sonstigen Schicki-Kram sucht, ist hier übrigens am falschen Ort.

I am sitting in rainy London, UK, wearing the most lovely boots I bought in the store this summer. I’ve been coming to the store for the last four years and I’m delighted with my wolf t-shirt, my excellent belt, my brilliant shirt, and many other items. The gentleman that has served me has made me laugh every time I’ve visited. I will of course be coming back because I’ve got my eye on a beautiful embroidered western shirt.

Had an amazing day in Pemberton as usual but my energy was completely deflated when I visited this store. I was excited to show a friend what they had in there but the man working almost treated me like I was stealing. He clearly didn't want us in the store and told me off for picking up a blanket to look at. Worst customer service ever! Would never support this company after this. Felt completely sucked dry of any positivity, someone needs to sage this place!

We were greeted by the most miserable old guy that "barked" out - NO DOGS ALLOWED IN HERE. We had our miniature Dachshund in arm, not on the floor. Guess they don't want customers in there either. Consider that we were travelling several hours from home on a 30 degree summer day, not wise to be leaving dogs in car.

This is quite the relic of a place. I believe it has been there for years but they have great current stock that is worth a look at. Excellent quality goods and some more inexpensive useful items. You never know what you may find. Somewhat disarranged but lots to look at. The Vermont socks selection was impressive and warm clothing. Cannot mention all as there are so many cool items to mention. Could of spent more time there.

We visited Pemberton last Saturday. The General store looked a great place and was chock full of all kinds of stuff. I bought a ‘lumberjack’ style shirt however the old fella running the store was the unfriendliest person I met on our two week trip to BC. He wasn’t at all friendly or helpful or wanting to know if he could help us. Even when I bought the shirt there was no thanks or conversation. It was like he wanted us out of his store ASAP. He didn’t even say goodbye. Such a shame as this place could be a gem.
