Called them for concrete placement in Mid June on Friday, Mr. Z took the call and gave me his personal ph# and asked me to send the address and pictures and he will come by the next day. The next day passed no one showed up. waited a few more days and called and left a message but no response. After a few days called again and asked Mr. Z if he is interested or not but to-date no call back. Now you can see how much they care about their "Potential customers". Absolutely unprofessional and it also reflects what quality of work they can do for you!

We recently hired Pell Builder (Zsolt is the owner) for foundation repair and concrete work at our property, and the experience exceeded all expectations!

Old retaining wall for garden beside patio was built on top of patio concrete slabs and causing cracks and heaving from the weight. Pell took down old retaining wall, cut concrete slab to reduce stress to main slab, poured concrete for new base for interior wall with a drainage trench and two pipes through the wall to guide water out. Rebuilt retaining wall and changed top pavers. Inner wall is level. Some issues with drainage trench erosion still under review as two years have passed. He is working with us for a solution.
