Just had a great customer service experience with Kelsie (SP?) in management. I went to location and the inventory count was incorrect. Kelsie check numerous possible locations and determined that it was not an accurate count listed in the system. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations and I was able to leave with 4 - liter bottles of the same product and pricing as the one gallon. Brilliant job Kelsie !!!

Dont bother. It would be less infuriating if they just closed and you go to nanaimo the first time. When you cant supply a straight 2x4 or basic stuff like door seals, plumbing elbows, 2" deck screws. Please just stop. And if I have to order it, it definitely won't be from you at a silly marked up price.

Went in for 2 things and found recycled rubber matting...great for my rocky area yo make a seating area for the summer bought 8 of them thinking of 4 more....way cheaper then wood or cement pavers..This is the idea....will dig down and level it...double ground cloth it and have place to sit out in the evenings

Went there for 1 sheet 1/2 inch drywall. 26 bucks. 9 dollars cheaper at Windsor plywood. Got ripped off. Never go there again!

Honestly... TOP NOTCH Garden center at prices 30% lower than the greenhouses on top of which they take off another 20% past June 8th! David Austin roses, Weeks roses, the most amazing rose trees etc... they are happy to help you and load it into your car.
One stop shop for flowers no question, just awesome!

The man in the paint department needs to retire or treat people better. We went in to buy paint that was on sale in the flier and on the shelf but when we went to pay they said it wasn’t on sale. Someone in the store made a mistake and instead of honouring the price two people argued with us and became annoyed with us. Finally the assistant manager decided to give us the price but by that time we weren’t giving our money to a store whose employees would treat us that way. Do better. We will never shop there again. I know they don’t care about us not shopping there, what’s two people right. We are doing Reno’s and that’s thousands of dollars that will be spent elsewhere. Also, I waited for a long time for the paint guy to acknowledge me and he couldn’t even take the time to say he would be with me in a moment.
