Saksham/Sam/ Verma Customer Care Representative is really very professional, has a lot of knowledge, answers questions quickly and specifically. He is also friendly. He always answers quickly even if you repeat the question to be sure if the transaction was done correctly. He checks thoroughly, this is a great advantage.Excellent and very friendly customer service experience from A to Z- 5 Stars . I am a very happy customer. I switched my services to Park Power a couple of years ago based on the recommendations on a community page and I’m so glad I did. Great service and great prices. Park Power has one of the most frustrating call centres I have ever had to deal with. I tried to move our services to a new address but for some reason my profile did not have the change address option in my profile. When I called to discuss a solution they just told me I must not be logged in. For some reason not one person there could manually do the switch for me so I was forced to cancel my contract with them. If you ever require help from their call centre you are better off just logging out and asking a brick wall for assistance.

Called in to request additional services. Francine was rude, issues logging in. Everything was to be done online. Wouldn’t do anything through customer care line. Offers only to new applications. Nothing available to current customers. Based on today’s call we are searching for a new provider.

Far and away one of the best customer experiences I have ever had, and that's with any business not just an energy company. They routinely go out of their way to help out and I have never had an issue getting a hold of anyone. In fact I have had numerous back and forth conversations via emailing that have not only been friendly but extremely helpful, and at the rate of instant messaging. Cannot recommend them enough

Excellent customer service experience. Called today to setup my utilities for home. The customer service representative named YAWIE helped me from A to Z to go walk through the entire process and helped me set up smoothly. I really appreciate her customer service skills and great positive attitude. So happy to be with Park Power. I am surely in good hands.

Great utility provider with lots of suggestions and stats to help you manage your utility usage. Solar Club is excellent for saving money when you have extra generation in the summer, too!

Been with Park Power for 3 years now and it has been fantastic. Not only have my bills been lower but their customer service is amazing. Switching was simple and easy and I recommend them every chance I get.
