Sheila at Osoyoos Credit Union was phenomenal to work with!
We weren’t even sure if we would be eligible for a 2nd mortgage but she made it happen, and in lightning speed! She responded to me almost instantly any time I sent her questions. She was so kind, patient and empathetic to all our concerns. She quite literally changed our lives!

We have been members of Osoyoos Credit Union for ages now, and we have had the pleasure of working with multiple staff members. We recently worked with Sheila for a mortgage, and she was incredible! As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very impressed with Sheila and the OCU. She broke everything down and explained any questions we had right away. We got the mortgage we wanted in very little time and Sheila went out of her way to make sure we got the highest level of service. Oh my goodness this was the easiest process ever! Just want to thank the Credit Union and Sheila for organizing our New Mortgage!! After a lengthy process with our old bank and not getting anywhere we reached out Sheila. Within 2 days she had our approval done! She was fast and extremely efficient!! I have been dealing with the Osoyoos Credit Union over 30 years and have always been satisfied with their services. I have always had excellent customer service and the staff at OCU is always super friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I'm in a several medical emergency. I put enough money in my account to pay for my prescriptions. Ocu took every cent I have in mutipul NFS charges and 5 day holds causing more NSF charges.
