Pleasant experience with the truck drivers that delivered me my 20 yards for my garage slab. Dave and Shawn were good to deal with over the phone. However the company had told me to call two days before to book the spot rather than a week early because things change in this buisness, understandable but told as of Monday it was looking like the morning for drop off.Then I call Wednesday , to be laughed at over the phone by Tony about my small job not being priority to the buisness because all of these large commercial pours, and that it is pushed to 1:30 now. Day of pour I had plans for the crew I hired to be there ready to place this concrete and lots of equipment rented. 1:30 came and no call and no trucks. I called at 2 asking where the trucks were to be told they might have to push me till next week when I declined it turned into “it’s looking like 5 now”, 5 comes around and no trucks now no one answers the phone cause office is closed, after waiting another 1.5 hours half the crew left then 10 mins later I get a call at 6:40 pm saying looking like 730 pm and they have the audacity to ask me to “empty the trucks as fast as I can because the drivers were over their hours”, so I got the trucks at 7:30 after waiting all day then stuck placing concrete and having a final power trowel at 5AM. Half the man power, no day light, extra day of rented tools.
Very un professional for a business of that size laugh at you over the phone because they just don’t have any trucks dedicated to residential jobs. Simply costed me a fortune.
