We just came back from the Service Center and I couldn't wait to leave the review. My mom and I had a great experience!!! We arrived at 10am. It was no line at all. The lady at the reception was very nice and polite. She refered us to an agent who's name in Nas. I do not remember when I had such a great experience with an office worker. Nas was very very very nice, polite and super helpful. She took her time to listen to us and gave us good advices. I wish there were more people like her! I hope her boss will reward her for such a great job because she deserves it! Thank you Nas❤

These people are the worst. They accuse you at every turn at trying to be fraudulent with getting welfare. Rather than support you, they do everything they can to drop you. They even do not follow legal definitions of the word "spouse" when trying to define how to support someone. You don't get to change actual definitions of words to make things fit for you. Horrible people, horrible organization.

My worker was an Angel. The OW system and its workers have always stressed me to death but this was the first time I've ever been truly taken care of by the system. Thank you! File closed, but I pray I get the same worker again if I ever needed to return.

Some white Woman treating other Women horrible. Have you not seen Men has risen in pay and promotion. While some Women continue to degrade other Women for 300.

I think I got lucky! My worker is always willing to double-check facts and help me out. I like knowing little details and she always answers my questions and clarifies things for me.

The location of the building is easy to find. The staff is very helpful. The space inside has lots of seating just in case there is a wait. The only negative thing is outside the building. That is finding a parking spot and you have to pay. Other than that the service is usually fast..
