This OK tire is absolutely amazing, and is reminiscent of old school service and ethics. Fantastic friendly cooperative service and capabilities with professional pride and ability. I will be using this outlet for all my automotive needs as they do it all!

Chrysler quoted $5000 to fix the A/C.
OK tire diagnosed and fixed it for less than $500 including a complete A/C fluid recharge!
OK tire fixed a malfunctioning sliding door lock. Quoted for 2 hours labor.and it turned out to be extremely painful at 4.5 hours labor, but because they quoted 2 hours, only charged for 2 hours.
That kind of ethics is absent near everywhere in this day and age.
Prices for tires and installation were $300 less than elsewhere.
This wonderful full service garage is well with the drive to get there. You can trust them… rare as hens teeth nowadays.

A week ago, I was stucked in Harrisons Hot Springs and had to have my van towed. After calling the nearest dealer they could not accomodate me even if my vehicle was towed to their location. They suggest I try OK Tires in Agassiz. I had the incorrect assumption that OK Tires only dealt with business related to tires. When I called them, Chuck was patient to diagnos the issue and told me that he may be familiar with the problem. I decided to have my vehicle brought to OK Tires instead of the dealership. Although, it was unscheduled and at the last minute, Chuck was kind enough to accomodate scheduling me in his busy day. Upon arrival it took no time for Chuck and he was spot on in the "cure" for the problem. He provided a great interim solution until I could schedule an appointment with the dealership for a more permanent fix with the appropriate parts replacement. I am most grateful to Chuck who was not only knowledgeable and professional but was also kind enough to recognise the urgency for me to continue on my journey. Five stars and more Chuck, thanks again!

Awesome, honest service. Will definitely be the only shop I go to from now on.
I take back my 5 star rating when I found out my coil pack wiring was held on with zap straps. Also I got my valve cover gasket replaced and they couldn't even top the oil off

They also "forgot" to order the tires I was going to buy?

I've heard some more horror stories from other people.

From what I hear they are only helpful to friends and family.

Exceptional customer service, honest diagnosis and repair. My first time at this location even though I am fairly local. Based on my experience this is where I will come if I need any automotive or tire service when I am in the area. I cannot recommend them enough. It appears to be family owned and operated and is operated with a very high standard or ethics.
