Submitted a quote request online and they called within 15 minutes. They thoroughly explained the services available and came out within a week for the initial treatment. Gord provided quiet, efficient service. Our only disappointment was that we’d been told they would let us know the day before they came to give us the chance to clean-up after our dog but we didn’t receive this notice and consequently, our dog’s toys got treated along with the lawn.

More than 10 years ago we did business with Nutri Lawn. We were very happy with their service. We are a military family. Five years ago we were posted to the EU and stopped the service because our tenants did not want it. We have returned and without hesitation, contacted Nutri Lawn for service. Things have changed. No one came to our house to inspect our lawn. We did it all online, telling the chatbot/person our lawn was terrible. We have an ant problem and contacted them several weeks ago, assured that we would receive service within 10 days. Today, June 2, we got our second service ... he was very nice and reported to Nutri Lawn that we had a lot of weeds. How do I know? We were contacted via email to purchase more services from Nutri Lawn ... a grab for cash! We see the service our neighbours are getting from another company and will move to them next year. We have repeatedly contacted Nutri Lawn about their poor service and communication, other than to sell us more products, only to be offered the sale of more products. We have learned our lesson ... and will not be renewing our contract with Nutri Lawn next year!

Worse experience with the company
Signed up three weeks ago, There is no specific schedule given to a client when you’re signing up, when I’m calling, customer care to ask for my appointment bookings they don’t have a specific date, people don’t show up for booking after receiving a confirmation of booking on a text
