Been enjoying the nursing staff and support staff on 5 central. They make it feel like Hine and very interactive with the residents. So far very happy with the care we are getting.

My mom is there living and they are great with her she just waiting to get in bigger room she will be a lot happier but they are so good with her meals are great she lo very their meal some things she can't eat but it's were I would like to be when the time comes

I visited one of my family members here today and was disappointed to see how dirty the place is. The rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in years, and the general maintenance of the building is poor. I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not being cared for properly anymore. To make matters worse, COVID-19 is present in the building, but it seems like nothing is being done to address it. It's a horrible place to live.

My mother moved into Supportive Care in October. It was horrible!!! She didn't get the services she was told would be included in her monthly payment. The only pleasant staff she dealt with were the dining room staff who were so wonderful.

The staff are friendly and caring. My Dad lives here and is very content with lots of residents and staff to socialize with. He loves the food which is made onsight. The facility is bright and clean with lots of activity.

Stop in for breakfast at the Lawley Cafe as Its open to the public . The food was great with the price even greater. Looking forward to trying their lunchtime specials!
