This was an affordable and charming space for a small child's birthday party. The EG staff we communicated with for the rental were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. The space was bright, clean, and the kitchen and window/counter is an asset for keeping and serving food throughout the party. Definitely a great option for parties and gatherings !

It was great for the price. Beautiful grounds too. But still don't get the tax to play music I know that music has copyrights, but to play a radio they charge you extra for music Bizzare. Otherwise it is a great deal and has e everything you need, 2 stoves, beverage fridge, lots of counter space. Nice size, not too big or small. In warm weather it would be even better.
