Nikari completed a complex residential renovation for our family, which included the connection of two floors and creation of a new staircase, two new bathrooms, a new bedroom and office space, renovated kitchen, updated front entry, and new flooring and updated electrical work throughout the home. It was a large project that required us to work very closely with their team, and we are so happy with the way it turned out and the experience that we had with them throughout the process. The team at Nikari is extremely organized, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced, and handled every aspect of the renovation with confidence and ease. Everything was scheduled so thoughtfully, work was completed and billed with full transparency, and they answered every question we had and handled every new task we requested with the unruffled confidence and proficiency that only comes with many years of experience. Perhaps best of all, all the members of their team were friendly, kind, and patient, and their positive attitudes and professionalism were really appreciated, especially since our young children were often around while work was being done in the home. By the end of the project, the team felt almost like family. We really love our home now, and the updates the team helped us make are both beautiful and functional. We highly recommend Nikari, and will most definitely be reaching out to them for help with future projects. We have already recommended them to many of our friends and neighbours, and we often receive inquiries about their work from people who visit our home.

We renovated our 1910 East Vancouver home with Chad and the Nikari team in 2023 and are thrilled with the results. What impressed us most about Nikari was their honesty, flexibility, and straightforward communication. Not surprisingly with an older home, there were a few unexpected challenges that emerged once walls were opened up, and Chad clearly explained multiple options with budget and timelines in mind. We recently did a renovation on our newly purchased condo in Kerrisdale.
The reno involved gutting the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, tile work, some drywall
and interior lighting.

We hired Chad La Pointe of Nikari Homes to contract and manage this reno for us.
