Very pleased with the service. I am a snowbird, and Netago suspends payments while I am down south, and it is a simple phone call to reconnect when I am back. I have never had a service interruption yet, and my actual speeds are very close to those the plan has advertised.

Considering this is an over the air application, and atmospheric and weather conditions vary, I am quite pleased with the reliability. Any support issues have always been answered quickly, and to my satisfaction. I have been a customer for 2 years now, and it was the fact that they offer a month to month plan, without contract, that first attracted me.

I recommend them to anyone when the topic of internet suppliers comes up.

Tbh.... worst internet and service.
I have ever seen!!!
As they have you, if you move to a small town in the area. Then OVERCHARGE $100 per month and then you spend all your time calling in complaining with tech support. My family has never ever seen a credit on our account after multiple complaints and call ins.
Time to find another provider!
I rather pay more to get kicked in the face less.

Mediocre internet service. Very slow, very expensive. I’ve been with them for years and years, my credit card was stolen, and I forgot to update them with the new number. Not a even a call before they suspended the service. They send an email to your netago account…which I have never used and have no idea how to log in to. They can suspend service at night but when you call them, they can’t:
Update your cc info, help you get into your account, resume service.

Dont even bother with this company, you will recieve nothing but poor quality internet. When confronted with an issue, they often will push the blame to the user, even if 5 users in different locations have the same problem at the same time. The only reason I'm giving this a second star is because the service person that I have dealt with up to this point has been nothing but friendly and does his work to the best of his ability. Which is unfortunately not a whole lot since the company has limited that

For Me the team at netago has gone the extra mile . Chris trys to sort out the problem every time and Rob came out 3 times in a super timely manner and the 3rd time after a storm on bad roads and got me up and going again !!!

Absolute worse internet I’ve ever seen I pay $100 a month (waaaaaay over priced) for 20mb/sec (waaaaay underpowered) I’m currently sitting at 4.6mb/sec I go to call them no customer support honestly the second another internet provider comes to my area I’m switching
