Been getting nothing bit the runaround trying to speak with someone. First they bump me off to some support group that never returns my calls. Then they say they'll get back to me in the new year. Then they email me asking what days work fpr me and I say that, given my work schedule, alternating Thursdays are my only option of the options given. No response. I email them back. No response. I email a second time and get an automatic reply of that email no longer being active.

Allof this compounds my mental health issues. Especially on a day when I'm already having difficulty. They clearly have no actual interest in helping anyone.

This center is good for nothing. Try to reach out to Madison for children's activities and she never gets back to you. It is unfortunate that a community center doesn't serve the community and new comers. Sth should be done to improve services

This community resource center has friendly caring and compassionate staff. They have been incredibly helpful to our community of Arlington Woods in the aftermath of the tornadoes that tore through here September 2018. I can't thank them enough.

I started receiving counseling sessions almost 2 months ago. Things were going well. We were starting to make real progress. I'm running late for an appointment one day, and call to let them know my ETA. I'm suddenly told that my counselor is gone with no idea as to when she'll be back. No curtosey call, nothing. Is she ok? Is her family ok? Is she sick? Is a loved one dying? Whilen im literally driving to my appoitment! I understand confidentiality is incredibly important, but so are are your clients and your obligation to them. And these places value confidentiality more than trust. You can provide something for a client's state of mind without revealing private information about a person.

So they say they'll call me back, let me know what they can do about my situation. They don't call me back. I had to call them and only then did I receive a call in return. I spoke to an intake worker who spoke to me with a deadpan, cold tone, no empathy, no understanding. She told me that I can call another service center and was willing to give me a number I could find myself. I would have to go on another waitlist, begin another exhausting intake process. A tiring process, when my plate is already full, a process where you pour yourself into a whole new person and reveal private information about yourself. And she treated this like it was a walk in the park and I was simply an inconvenience.

So I'm given no choices no information and I'm forced to make completely uninformed decisions because this place is unable to handle emergency situations. I'm not impressed. I did not feel heard, i was not put at ease and due to their disorganization I'm back to square one. I hope my counselor and all her loved ones are ok. I hope that she is safe and I hope that nothing bad happened to her. I would love to see her when she gets back, it's just unfortunate that the place she works is unable to handle these situations.

Came to do my taxes, the secretary was rude and not pleasant to do with at all. I was given wrong information and then when I asked about why I was told such information, I was dismissed. I dont care what services this place offers. I will go somewhere else.
