They offer an amazing service to those in need and the volunteers are amazing, giving their time to help those less fortunate. However, they have terrible hours and if you aren't able to be around during the one or two days a week they are open then forget getting any assistance from them. I would rate them 5 stars except the hours are terrible.

Neighbour link helped my husband and I get a bed frame a box pring and a mattress they help in anyway they can so in my opinion if your struggling financially and can't afford to buy furniture then Neighbour link is for you oh and if your interested in donating anything to Neighbour please do so because it really helps people

Let a message for them last week stating new items I had for donation. They took one week to return call. I had already given the items away. I guess they didn't need the brand new beds we had to offer.
