Love this place. Most of the volunteers are friendly, familiar faces by now, every one I meet is a treat. The store is organized mannerly, and fairly priced. I'm a frequent visitor for these and every other reason! I've basically furnished my partner and my's entire kitchen from here (consistence is key) and found amazing gifts for friends and family. Thank you for existing and saving all these items for people who want them!

What rude old women. I have a health condition and they proceeded to speak very loudly about my figure and being very inconsiderate. Will not be returning I also found nothing in the store that was remotely cute.

Extremely helpful volunteers. We just donated to this store for the first time, and found everyone there was a volunteer. We were impressed with the level of dedication that they all had to their store. We will be donating there in the future. We are shopping in the well organized store also

Two rude store volunteers decided to be dismissive, unhelpful (to their own charity no less) and ill mannered toward a regular donor trying to support this charitable cause. Theirs was not acceptable behaviour. The arrogant, judgemental "church lady" character from television is based on people like these who literally torpedo the reputation of the charity they are supposed to be working for. How very sad they are so self important and blind.

You should let everyone no what days you are aloud to drop off. Items...my mom was trying to drop off items and was flipped out on ...not happy

I am from Toronto moved to napanee love this second hand store and it's volunteers very clean prices are good well organized and a beautiful shop pleased beyond expectations l really love shopping here and love this place and it all goes to a good cause which makes you feel about helping out the community 👍 😊
