I wanted the doctor to examine my little daughter because she had a high fever. We arrived at the clinic and at the reception desk they told us that this is not a walking clinic now. When I asked why, they answered that there are not enough doctors for this area. The nearest walking clinic is in Kingston or go to Emergency. Queues at Emergency are at least 4 hours long... I am outraged by this healthcare system ?

Awesome staff and amazing outreach worker
(you know who you are) The nurses are very kind and supportive as well as others that work here they have all helped me reach my goals and been very good and patient working with me!!! They have all helped me come a long way to a good and new beginning and a fresh start to a different perspective in life!!!! I am thankful and appreciative for them! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the community and surrounding area for support and anyone struggling with addiction and or mental health issues and homelessness etc... the people here are willing to help it’s just you have to do your part and want the help!!!!

Do NOT go here. The dentist does not like to do any work, is always later and charges you for repeated visits where they say they can't do anything for you. I've had to take off work twice to fit their schedule and havent had my wisdoms fixed for about 3 months now. Absolute waste of time.

The Dentist here is a joke. They will schedule you multiple times knowing you have to travel to get here, charge you, and then say they can’t do anything. One time they said they didn’t have dental equipment. Another time the dentist was 30 minutes late and then said he couldn’t do anything and doesn’t like to remove teeth.
