I had a disappointing experience at Muslim food bank. When I visited seeking help, I was asked numerous personal questions about my financial situation. Despite explaining that I am currently dealing with significant debt and not relying on welfare, they refused to register me for ongoing support. While they did provide some emergency food, the experience left me feeling disheartened and judged. I believe that assistance should be more accessible to those who are genuinely in need, regardless of their current welfare status.

I would rather go without food than be treated this way again. Assistance should be offered with empathy and without judgment.

Each time the amount of food is reduced compared to the previous time. This is also due to their packaging. Everything is oily.

The officials of the Food Bank should clearly inform the beneficiaries receiving the food that the zakat money is also used in the food. There are many beneficiaries who themselves give zakat to others. Many beneficiaries have a lot of money deposited in the bank. Every three months, the last three months bank statement should be requested from them and confirmed. Many beneficiaries order food delivery to their residence even though they are not disabled. According to all these things, I have proof that a beneficiary gets food wrongly.
I also have information that a beneficiary returns some of the food stuff he got from Muslim Food bank to Superstore and gets a refund for the stuff.
It is your moral duty to immediately stop providing food to such cheating beneficiaries. Because your purpose of helping is not fulfilled. They make money by returning the food they get.

Very bad experience I had today!

The staff is kids taking the application. She account three months of income assistance and part time income together to become the total to high and of eligible should be under the 5,500 for the family monthly. Without forgetting the humiliating the applicants. You have to keep standing while explaining and they are seated. There is no chair on front desk and more. There was medical document brought when i saw like that didn’t show them up.

Plus, manger doesn’t speak to people on the phone according to the registration lady. Very dumb right!
Really, I thought, they would help me after i got scammed😂, but they are terrible. Honestly, that is why always christen batter than Muslim in this life. They know how to put the right person for the right position. I’m not going to call again if you want to look in to this problem after you saw my review call me.

Staff are non cooperative and dull.
Comparing to other food banks this food bank is worse, useless ,and fragile.
Some caring and competitive staff members should be entered.
Not even statisfied 1% from service and attitude of Muslim foodbank.
Government should close this bank.
