They are so respectful and take responsibility well. I wanted to translate some documents, and they did it really well they have professional translator for different languages. I really appreciate and grateful for such a great opportunity and organization with friendly staff. I used the translation service at MCC and it was super expensive. The translation was from Hindi to the English language and for the 5 pages of translation costed me a whopping 904 CAD!!
I wasn't expecting MCC to be this expensive given the fact that they are the body supporting newcomers and welcoming services in Canada.
In terms of service I got the 5 page document translated within 10 days from the certified translator and Mira Buttice helped.

We went to get a document translated from Spanish to English. The original document which was provided by the Mexican government wasn't legible. So the lady behind the counter brought it up. We mentioned that we had a different unofficial copy which was typed on the computer and legible. So the lady behind the counter took it and photocopied it and said she was using it for reference so the translator could translate it more easily.

So then they e-mailed us the price. So we paid it thinking it was only for one document. We now realize after looking at it that the translator translated both the official and unofficial(reference) document and charged us for translating both of them. We were trying to help the translator out but instead they took advantage of the fact that we have them 2 pieces of paper and translated the same document twice and charged us double.

As a Canadian I am very upset that a company which is supposed to help immigrants is actively lying to them and overcharging them. This isn't right.

Probably the worst organization I had to deal with as a newcomer since I arrived here. I had to ask for their help for the Gateway program of WES, and after 5 months of calling them, speaking with different agents, and leaving voice messages, no help was provided whatsoever.
