Stopped in yesterday to get some chips and drinks for our sandwiches and fill up my tank around 5 pm. The girl at the counter took my chips and with a flat hand hammered my one bag of chips several times. I thought it was a joke or something at first but as she continued smashing the bag I stood there shocked. She was trying to pop out the bar code to scan.

Why not take the chip bag, pull the bottom and scan? Not destroy someone's items they are paying for. I didn't want to make a seen so I went back to the shelve to just exchange the bag but there was none left so I walked out with my bag of crumbs.

Absolutely garbage customer service. I expect so much better from Co op.

What a garbage gas station. Took 28 minutes to pump 80 litres worth of gas because their pump was so slow. Made me late. I doubt they even maintain their pumps if this is the issue. What a cheap and lazy place. The staff are too afraid to talk or reply back to you too

Sad about the car wash. Rule of thumb at most gas station washes, is to check after and make sure it did a good job. I checked, and it had stick on bugs still and grime. Asked Kyle to go through again. He says " it's is a TOUCHLESS" car wash. Well, all I know is I paid for a clean car and I didn't get it. 🙁

I was fine with having to spend extra time, but yet they were unwilling to allow another wash, even after viewing the bugs and grime first hand. They had to "come out to look" but yet even seeing that, refused to fix it for me.

He suggested I call "Candace" the manager the next day.

I don't have time for that, but I will write here and hopefully they rectify this going forward. At this point, I do not plan to continue purchasing washes here.

Went to fill up on 2021-12-26 at around 1620 hrs. Pulled into pump #4, prepaid for fuel at the pump, entered my member number, and lifted the nozzle / selected regular grade gas when prompted to. Before inserting the pump nozzle into my car or pulling the trigger on the handle to start pumping gas, I checked the pump to make sure the numbers were all at zero and noticed that it had already charged me a few cents and said that fuel had been pumped. I went into the store and showed the employee working, that the pump had already started charging me before I even put the nozzle in my car and started pumping gas and he said there was nothing he could do and that I could restart the transaction and try again, but he couldn't refund me the money for the gas that I never even got. I know it's only a few cents, but if I were to go into their store and take an item that only costs a few cents, it would be considered stealing. I won't be filling up here again and I will tell my friends and family to avoid this place so they're not scammed as well. Really disappointed with the lack of service here too. If the issue was a faulty pump they could have made it right instead of telling me I'm out of luck and to try again.

Went in for rockstar drink advertised all over the walls and counter and doors 2 for 4. Then get to the counter no sir its 2 for 6 I explained all the advertising says 2 for 4$ and they would not honor the advertising. Poor service will contact the manager.
