Reception is a bit rough. Once you get pass them, the nurses and support workers are friendly and helpful. The whole area is clean and well kept.

My grandma has been a resident of this facility for 2 years now during covid times. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have been on top with their infection protocol and are timely on any updates on covid outbreaks and any changes that the family need to know about. My family and I have been very happy with Mon Sheong. Thank you for your services

We moved my grandma out of here and it was a nightmare. The staff inconvenienced us at literally every opportunity:

The elevator on service wasn't reserved though they made us move on a weekday for the elevator!! We had to take vacation from work for nothing!

They demanded us to move the truck in the middle of our move, they made members of our family leave to check-in with security (who was really rude...he treated us like we were here to rob the place). We had a terrible experience. I highly do not recommend.

beautiful and new building & facilities! Lots of programming. In terms of staff, there are many fantastic staff members who are compassionate and patient; these staff work well with my grandpa and understand his needs. There are others who do not, but I suppose I would encounter this at any organization.

The nursing home provided great care and got passionate people working in there. Home is clean and safe. Thank you for caring for my parent. Family Council is useless and filled with negative people.

Staff in administration office in G/F., Block B responsible for Private Long Term Care shows unhelpful, cold, bureaucratic and ignoring attitude during my several contacts with them regarding issue of resident there. Feeling uncomfortable, distasteful and disappointed.

some of collegues are pretty pickling, It's very difficult to cooperate with them. of course, most of the staff are very nice. According to the seniors, normally, their physical can be treated carefully.
