I visited the outdoor pool with my 8-year-old son, but the lifeguard did not allow him to enter the pool without me accompanying him in the water. This was surprising because my son has entered pools on his own many times at places like Wonderland, without any issue or need for a parent to be in the water.

My question is: Why is there a difference in the rules here? What happens if a parent is unable to go into the water for any reason? Why should a capable child be denied entry, especially when a lifeguard is present and rescue equipment is available?

Public hours for the indoor ice rink really needs a review and need to increase throughout the year!
Even during the winter the public hours for the ice rinks were very limiting. Please make the hours more, and more accessible.

Facilities are great. Just individual staff not as considerate and helpful as other community centers may be. For example,this particular weekend front desk staffer always decides to let over 30 people stand in line for over half an hour instead of just signing people into program as they arrive. Know for a fact other community centers are able to let people sign in early. This situation feels like a career beaurocrat savoring and enforcing every details of their beaurocracy, secretly enjoying that feeling of power while watching a crowd stand in line to her indifference...drama everyday everyway

A excellent place to go for vaccination. The centre is easy to reach and is well equipped to handle a large crowd. The support personnel are extremely friendly and help you out in every way you can..

There are 4 screening booths and about 15 vaccination booths. There is the large area to rest post-application to analyze if anyone has a severe reaction to a vaccine.

The course I enrolled in was canceled, and they called me once, but I missed the call. Instead of leaving a message, they called my emergency contact. (Why? Was this really an emergency situation?) Since I didn’t receive any email about the class cancellation, I was wondering when I would get the refund.

I called them to ask, and they said it would be refunded to my credit card, so I just had to wait. I wanted to enroll in another course instead, so I browsed the site for a bit and tried to sign up for a new course. That’s when I found out that the money I had paid wasn’t refunded to my credit card—it was actually refunded as account credit.

The ignorant staff member was so sure of her knowledge. If you’re not sure, at least check before giving wrong information.

I go there for Sahajyoga Meditation class it's such a bliss to attend those Meditation classes every Monday at 7.15pm. if u are finding peace within just visit once its always free and people conducting class treats everyone like family and guide u very well.Thank u
