Excellent community resource. Sadly they can only provide perhaps 3 or 4 days worth of food but I'm glad they do that. They depend on donations from individuals and businesses. Choices could use some updating, don't believe the list they give has changed in over 10 to 15 years. One can of soup isn't much nor is a box of KD.
Sample list for a single person for one month is:

1 loaf of bread
1 1L carton or 1 can condensed milk
1 square of hard margarine
1 can of meat, tuna or fish OR a dozen eggs
1 can of fruit
1 can of soup OR 4 packs of Mr noodle
1 can of spaghetti OR beans
1 jar of Peanut Butter OR Jam
1 box of cereal
1 box of KD, OR a bag of pasta OR 1 sidekick
1 can of spaghetti sauce OR 1 can of tomatoes
1 can of vegetables
1 sleeve of crackers
1 meat item such as Hamburger, hotdogs, pork chops, bologna, sometimes chicken burgers or strips ( large boxes are opened and clients given perhaps 5 to 6 portions each)
1 orange, 1 banana and 1 apple
1 premade salad or other fresh veggies if available
1 sweet item (such as box of danishes or a pie or donuts etc) chosen for u by staff
Extras are on 2 shelves and include things like chips, toilet paper, baby food, pet food and treats, candy, salad dressings, hamburger helper, stuffing, mixes, gravies, stocks, protein bars, health food, oils, exotic foods, etc - normally you can ask for anything from these shelves within reason, usually limited to 2 or 3 items

And thats about it for the month.

They also have used clothing and footwear that clients can take home.

It was my first time in the new building, they have a really nice layout. The thing that surprised me the most was they don't do the 3 extra items at the end but instead it's 10 random things which is way better.

Very very pleasant to go there for help,they usually give you a very good amount of food,but i would like it if they would give out food not expired from 3-4 years ago, theres lot of food expired and there giving it out nd its not good..
