We had to put our stuff in storage while in limbo during our move to a new house. We got a 10x30 unit for a 3 bedroom in upper unit and garage. Had a little trouble with the gate code but Darleen was amazing and helped us right away. Very friendly and the units are clean. Definitely would rent from them again it is a very easy process and affordable.

Prices are alright, there’s been a lot of increases since I started storing here. Units are clean, and are capable of being very spacious! The sexsmith location has great staff!

Good clean units. Just shy over two hundred for a 10x20, which, not sure if that's lots. Probably going rate. The gates and keypads always worked. But the service was fantastic. She was friendly and accommodating and during move out allowed me extra time in the day to save me an extra month's rent which really meant a lot. Being treated like a human being rather than a income generator feels good.

Thing you should know about storage companies tho. If your credit card expires and you forget to call them before hand, they lock you out of your unit immediately. Not a fun time.

Recommend this company tho. Good person in the office there.

The first red flag was being contacted by mini mall storage, while I was inputting my information to see what my monthly price would be. I didn't even hit submit. I signed up under the" first month free" in their world that actually means $80 admin fees. The contract was for $130 after that. I got one month at that price. They then bumped the price up to $190, stating it was to "make sure they're providing a good service." I had 2 months at that price, then it was bumped up to $240. I've been signed up for auto pay since day one. Sometimes they take the payment, sometimes they don't. When they don't, they tack on a late fee. I've had to email and call most months.
The first time we tried our code to get through the gate it did not work. We were there with a truck load of stuff on a saturday with no one in the office. They did a system upgrade that locked me out of my online account. I've called multiple times and can't seem to get anyone to reset it for me. It has been non stop problems.
