Last year we moved from Toronto to Milton and I enrolled my daughter in the before/after school care program. My very first impression I connected with Claire, one of the supervisors. She was so unbelievably kind, understanding, and caring. To get how many emails a day from stressed out parents and still have compassion and care and value the importance for each one of them is astonishing. The previous district my daughter was in was the opposite, so my dread of the enrollment process was instantly put to bed all thanks to Claire. I think I recall tearing up with how much Claire's assistance lifted so much stress off my shoulders.

Lila has also been so kind and helpful and so quick to respond with providing excellent and full information throughout the school year.

As the transition into a new school began, we had the honor of meeting the MCRC teachers/assistants. Forgive my spelling if incorrect, but all my love and respect for Ms.Jummy, Ms.Shahad and Ms.Bolu. These outstanding ladies have so much love and compassion for their students and they are so aware and involved. Pick ups and drop offs were special moments not just because of my child, but because I myself really look forward to seeing these ladies. Albeit brief interactions for the most part, having their positive energy and incredible mindsets even made my day. The days that I have left with a smile on my face because of their kind words, or beautiful personalities, I actually can't count. Knowing your child is in excellent care is a piece of mind that can't be measured.

Thank you amazing ladies. You are making a huge difference not just for the kids but for the parents as well.

My son has been attending MCRC since 2021. During that time his development has been extraordinary. The educators and staff have consistently supported his growth and nurtured his individuality all while setting age appropriate boundaries. The staff is always willing to communicate his progress in a constructive way and work side by side with us through any challenges that arise. My son looks forward to going to school each day and I am thankful that he gets to spends his days at MCRC. We will certainly miss everyone when we transition to school in the fall!

Hands down the early on centre at Brontë and viola are absolutely amazing. Everything is clean, the staff is absolutely incredible and they really become family. This program is a must especially for new parents who want to get out with their children but don’t really know where to go or what to do. So many toys, sensory bins, painting, colouring… you name if, they got it. I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciate the staff here. Thank you all for taking care of us and ensuring our kids have a fun and safe environment where they can discover and try new things!

MCRC at St. Scholastica has gone downhill since my son started back in 2018. He was bullied and again by the same child. The only teacher that was his safe space was moved to another location without notice to parents and students. One of if not the best teacher at that location. The other you never see them doing any with the children when indoors, they talk to each other a lot though, perhaps the word is more lazy that engaging these children with some sort of activities. The summer camps are horrible and badly managed by quite younger students . The before and after school program needs a supervisor and I agree however why get rid of one of your better teachers. After speaking to the supervisor and the director it more seems like politics more than anything. You don’t switch on children so quickly. Give them time to absorb the change coming. When I spoke tot he director Megan and I said to her it’s a business and that’s the way it’s being run, she agreed! At no point did she choose to deny it. Perhaps it’s her business and it’s all about the money, rather than the children. Totally disappointed in the group!

My two girls have attended MCRC summer camp at St Scholastica for the past two years and I will be enrolling them this summer as well. They had a wonderful time last year with Mr Raff, Ms Jessica, and Ms Arti. We feel lucky to have found a place where we feel confident leaving our kids all day knowing they will have fun and be safe and cared for. (Thank you to Mr Raff for making sure Millie put on her sunscreen before going outside!!! I know she must have fought against it!) My girls have many fond memories of the time spent making friends, playing games, doing crafts, and going on field trips. The supervisor Ms Lila is awesome, super helpful, and quick to reply to questions. Thank you to all of the staff who work hard to put together an awesome summer for our kids!

I absolutely love the Nursery program at this location. The teachers and staff are amazing. My daughter is having such a wonderful time there; normally it takes her time to adjust, but she fits right in and is learning so much.

MCRC Camps are so much fun! My children are always excited to attend the March break and summer camps at Saint Scholastica. They have lots of engaging activities and in the summer they go on field trips which my girls absolutely love.

My son is with Mcrc for before and after school care AND the summer camp. I cannot praise this place enough!! Amazing educators and great programs. My child is very sensitive and anxious (and rambunctious as well?) and they are just so loving and caring especially when he's having his moments. Ms. Liburna, Ms. Ruma are godsend! They have more patience than his own mother ?
Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Megah, Ms. Brynn are amazing summer camp teachers too! Lila and Tineesa have been so accommodating!
