I would like to thank and express my admiration to the swimming instructor Carlos. It was excellent. He worked with my son who does not speak English. Carlos found an approach to him. Thank you very much, Carlos is a great professional in his field.

The staff are all very nice.
Very clean.
Family changing rooms are required in the wet area, as having 12 year old boys in the women's change and showers is really unacceptable. I totally understand why their mothers want them with them.

Visiting from the UK and this is the first time booking/using this facility. Won't book again.

Unaware of how the process works, I approached a member of staff who came across as rude and just told me to qué the same as everyone else (at least 10 people waiting).

Booked a badminton court expecting a proper court, only to be crammed into a racquetball court with no markings. Was given a set of ladders to set the court up ourselves. I guess Canadians aren't as keen on health and safety as in the UK.

If you're wanting to play badminton don't book here unless you just want to have a knock around then that's fine.

Disappointed first experience, will see what Kinsmen Rec Centre is like.

Overall, not a bad facility. It’s kind of bare-bones, but it works. Most people stick to cardio here, which leaves a plethora of free weights ready to reap. However, it is somewhat limited with the diversity equipment it provides.

Good facilty with excellent seating for hockey. The parking lot always seems to be fuller than you would expect it to be. Because of the attached school?... it's a mystery.
