I had an appointment with a women named Fadumina, I showed up for my appointment on time, but she never did, I waited an hour. The receptionist guy tried to reach her multiple times and she never picked up her phone once. I understand emergency could happen, but at least she could’ve canceled or reschedule my appointment ahead. Instead of ghosting your client It’s just so unprofessional and inconsiderate.
