Our Mom has been living in the Memory Care Cottage for almost a year now. She is so happy and loves her friends and care givers who are wonderful.

My dad moved here last fall and it has been perfect for him. I know that he is safe and all his needs are being met, while still being provided the opportunity to feel independent (as much as he's able to).
The staff are very helpful and friendly and we appreciate all the activities and services that dad can choose to utilize if and when he chooses.

My dad moved in earlier this year. Everyone that works here has been absolutely fantastic. The food has been amazing. We had my dad's 70th birthday party there tonight and had them cater it. Everything was delicious! Everyone loved it.

We are very pleased with the support and care that our mother receives at the Medicine Hat Care Community. The Care Aids, medical personnel, food service and administration are personable and friendly. Any time we have a question, staff are responsive and helpful. Recreational activities are varied and regularly scheduled. The General Manager, Cassandra, always takes time to chat and she attends to the needs and concerns of the residents. We certainly recommend this facility.

This facility is an utter joke. A family member had passed away in their care over a week ago. And due to the lack of professionalism; and or courtesy of the family; they did not tell anyone other than the deceased son. They would block anyone who would try to visit the elder person mentioned, not allowing visitation. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. It’s pretty pathetic; after a week and a half, we were told through a secondary party that our step grandmother has passed away. Lack of empathy and support from this care facility, if you would even call it that. Shame on you all.
