It's a great pharmacy and most of the pharmacists are fantastic. They really take the time to make sure you understand your medications and possible drug interactions, as well as answering and questions you may have to the best of their ability. They are usually very friendly and smiling; they even offer you a coffee or tea while you wait for your prescription. However, (not mentioning a name) there is one pharmacist who needs to retire as this person makes mistakes REPEATEDLY, doesn't explain things very well and works at an EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW pace that's mind blowing (and slows their productivity down a lot)!!!!!! Because of this, wait times for prescriptions can be sometimes unacceptably LONG - unless you phone ahead and give them an ample amount of time to get it ready. (one day I spent 5hrs inside waiting for my script) The long amount of wait times due to this person has actually resulted in me changing pharmacies... even though I absolutely LOVE the other workers and the place as a whole.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times and today was very unprofessional. The pharmacist Tim talked to me like I was in competent, like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about; telling me I should have got my prescription filled elsewhere if I wanted them. I WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT.

I go here mainly for my prescription. The pharmacy staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's a small store. It would be more convenient if they kept Saturday hours, as I live an hour outside Meadow Lake in a rural area.
