Such an amazing organization. Lovely staff. I was referred to made by momma and they came true for me with clothes, books, toys, diapers and hamper. My kids and I loved every item we got.

🤔 Inconsistent tax receipt rule in regards to diaper donation. I came to donate on Feb 2024 and a volunteer gave me tax receipt for my diaper donation (I left their empty boxes at home cuz I need boxes to store stuff). She checked to make sure the plastic packages are not ripped and brand new and said it's ok; she understands diaper boxes are great storage. I came today and a different volunteer said no tax receipt for me because the diaper packages are not in their seal boxes even though the packages are new and not ripped...
Still a great organization though, I like the idea of being fully run by volunteers & all donations go directly to families-in-needed. Will be back with more donation in the future. 🙂

For a long time I had good experiences with this organization, but recently I had a bad one, and I'm here to share it to you. Recently I came to pick up some donations and a staff approached me and without respect and discretion they told me ''you cannot come here often and that I'm only allowed to come every month''. It felt humiliating in front of everyone, I hope that next time someone could be wrong that they are approached privately so that they don't get embarrassed for not knowing how this organization works.

Amazing community service for families with young children. I was put in a difficult temporary financial situation this month and the help I Recieved from this organization ensured that feeding my child wasn't one of them. The organization is completely volunteer run and the lady I spoke with today was so kind and friendly to myself and my baby it warmed my heart.if you're thinking of donating lightly used baby and child items or even a good charity to invest in I would hands down reccomend these guys

Volunteer here 3 yrs and is safe clean efficient friendly organized.community family support centre for all childrearing families. Offers to eligible recipients home kitchen bath essentials plus educational and entertainment sport personal supports ensuring all kids + parents are with happier birthdays Easters Christmases. Also offer some in-home supports to alleviate postpartum depression via one on one companionship guidance. A great volunteer ambiance too promoting casual, professional togetherness
