The London Environmental Network was contacted to investigate how I might proceed with the Canada Greener Homes initiative. They answered my questions by phone and sent me resource material by email. I then decided to have a whole home audit done. Andree arrived on the date chosen on time. She was thorough, professional, and courteous. We were very impressed with her. She then sent us a detailed report outlining the most beneficial actions and their costs. We have since had two items completed and will undertake a third this spring before having Andree back for her final inspection.
