I called for information and appointment they called back and give me on a bout a week later.

I met with one of the worker (Mrs Rotaru) she was very kind and helpful: she gave me insight for my court appearance and ways to negotiate.

Overall nice service and kind staff. Will definitely come back if needed.

It's great to know about the available services and the existence of an organization like this in NDG. However, when representatives visited our apartment building in a solicitor/cold caller manner, some neighbors and I felt a bit inconvenienced.

For buildings with locked main entrances, it would be more considerate to leave flyers in the mailroom instead. This way, residents can learn about the services without feeling disturbed.

We did feel they were like salefolks.

*** Update: They called us AFTER the court date but probably only because I left this review.
You will end up homeless if you rely on this organization to help you. We went for advice on repossessions and it was obvious that the person we saw was a student on an internship. That person was very nice but did not know anything about housing law, the Tribunal, etc. We were told someone with knowledge of the issues would contact us but that never happened. I wonder how much money organizations like this get to sit around doing absolutely nothing for the community in need.
