Awesome hospital with awesome staff. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hand clinic and cast clinic is the best! Spend alot of time here for several months. ER is busy, waiting time is long but understandable when you see the demographic around here. Lots of old folks are using the services here and lots of Island folks as well.

I give four stars to nurses in general, they were very caring. But I saw mice in hospital and they did nothing about it and they said mice are living with patients in hospital. I saw a dead one in my bathroom which had very bad smell. I didn’t expect this from lions gate hospital. Hopefully they do action in this regard.

I've had to go to the ER here twice now. The staff were awesome, and whisked us away to a privet isolation room both times (contagious). Even the doctors were friendly and kind with me and my family, and patient.
They seem to balance their attention well, and not dote on the whims of those less in need. The hospital is clean, the workers seem happy, and treatments effective. I think they've got the right thing going on.

Wonderful doctors and staff members. Huge shout out to Dr Spaul, i was brought in for an L5 crape of the bone protruding into my sciatica. Procedure was 40 mins, I was living with crippling sciatica pain down the left leg over 2 months and now it’s gone.. still in recovery though wow I can walk straight.

It was a rude and most unpleasant experience. I live 400 kilometres away from the hospital, and phoned to enquire about the state of my 97 year old mother who had been admitted yesterday. Despite being very brief, quietly matter of fact, and to the point, in my first and only conversation with the nurseI I was essentially told not to bother them because they were too busy.

Well organized, very clean the entrance of the hospital was kind of hard to find. I came.in by the emergency and was told to go in by another door. I was told at the door that I dont want to go through the emergency. And not to come this way unless I have symptoms. I was going for an MRI. I was relieved but wish they had signs to tell you not to go in by their
