Lovely downtown, saw a number of deer, a momma black bear with 2 cubs and 1 Ostrich! All while walking in the downtown strip one morning!

'JIT' and STANLEY treated us wonderfully- even during a weekend of events. The mezzanine is a bright comfortable place for presentations and meetings. Thank you for the table and chairs set up.

Lillooet Rec Centre is an amazing facility for this community! The pool is great, the change rooms were recently upgraded. The gymnasium is very nice. Weight room is well equipped & the arena is very nice as well. The staff are great as well - you can tell they enjoy their jobs & are proud of this facility. Definitely go back next time I'm thru here for work or fun.

Hockey officiating seems to display bias towards Lillooet, lacking the expected level of professionalism and utilizing questionable gear that raises safety concerns. Additionally, the behavior of the rink staff is concerning, resembling that of children rather than professionals.

Potential visitors should exercise caution, as the facility’s overall conditions may not meet expectations. The gravel parking lot poses challenges with its uneven surface, and accessibility is hindered by bumps. Dressing room functionality is compromised with multiple doors failing to open, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

Furthermore, the local driving conditions are reported to be very unsafe, possibly exacerbated by the concerning behavior of local kids, who are allegedly egging vehicles and showing a lack of respect for others’ property. Considering these issues, it’s advisable to explore alternative options for tournaments and to think twice before investing time in this particular town. Safety and overall experience seem to be compromised, urging a reconsideration of any plans to engage with this facility or its events.

We use the gym and appreciate that they have one but the equipment is way to old and needs to be upgraded. Someone is going to get hurt using this stuff. Way to crowded, need a bigger facility. And it would be nice to have a radio playing music.
