My rental experience with LeTeam Business to business has been very enjoyable. As a new business owner it is very important to you have a sophisticated environment to bring your clients into, and that’s exactly what I found with LeTeam. There was always someone to greet my clients at the front, offer them a beverage and allow them to sit in the waiting area till i was ready. they have board rooms located right down the hall, that we’re very affordable and great if I had a more formal meeting. the social networking I got with the meet and greets they held, as well as other businesses I got associated with threw the building was great for getting the word out about my company. Would definitely recommend.

ABSOLUTELY avoid renting from this exploitative landlord!!!!! I was there 4 years- my own stupidity! The key agreement demands $1300 if you lose a key! 😮and it only gets worse from there!!
The landlord is absolutely unwilling to accommodate any, even minor requests. Only her signage is allowed internally and externally- so you won’t get any business from the street and your clients will struggle to find you!! She micromanages from Calgary. Her assistant is nasty as she is. They change parking spaces without notice and threaten absorbent fines if you don’t do what they say. For example I had a Blue Cross clingy (2 x 2 Inches) on my window. They said I needed to remove it IMMEDIATELY or I would be fined $150 per month.
When I gave over my keys the form said that if they weren’t received received upon exit there would be a $100 fine PER DAY!!!!!!!!!😳😳😳😳
I have heard from several past tenants and none received any damage deposit back.
Aside from all of this; the building is in need of much repair. My clients found the area uncomfortable and unsafe.
There are many other spaces out there these days! Do NOT fall for the fact that it is cheap!!!

The receptionist cannot do anything to assist you at all without Calgary’s approval. She is monitored by cameras and brow beaten if she moves wrongly.
You cannot even put your business card out on the reception desk. There are a million rules and most won’t benefit you or your business.

And in the event that the owner responds to this review, I have all the paper evidence to back my comments and I look forward to joining several others in taking you to Small Claims Court for non return of damage deposit amongst other issues.

Look around; ask questions about the fees and ask to see the documents if you decide to give this place a go... and prepare for your pocket to be lighter when you leave!!

Highly unprofessional and seemingly shady. Most of their offices are left empty and unrented. We wanted to rent two of their largest offices for a year. As would be the norm in any lease negotiations, we asked if we could get a lesser rate for the rent (which the manager said earlier that we could if we picked the larger offices - which we did!) plus a few other minor things - paint the office, change one of the doors to ensure privacy, etc. They replied via email with one sentence "We could not accommodate ANY of your requests" (not even to paint the offices?) yet they have all these offices unrented. Very suspicious, as if they purposely want to leave the offices unrented for reasons that we can only speculate.

AVOID. Save yourself the money and rent elsewhere, or don't count of your security deposit to come back. I rented here for 3 summer months and visited the office not more then 10 times. I was charged $190.00 for carpet cleaning and 125$ for a re-key....I had returned my keys to the front desk in which they misplaced- they tracked them on security- they found them but still charged 125$ for one key that they had.

Other reviews I've read elsewhere have equally bad reputation, I had thought it was just a 1 in a million cases but it does not seem to be so.

After spending several years growing my business out of my home, I made the decision to open an office in Red Deer. It's the best move I've made since I can remember. There's a network of brilliant entrepreneurs and not to mention amazing staff I've met so far. It has made me happier, more productive and considerably more motivated.

I rented a meeting room recently in Red Deer. Yes, the contract does indicate that you will be charged for overages. Just beware that 7minutes late leaving a mediocre meeting room that NOBODY is waiting for will cost you $85. Also beware that the Red Deer location is a pretty sketchy location.

Communication failures resulted in $2600 of late key return fees. Poor customer service.
