Life in the co op is what YOU make it. I have been here for 15 years and have no plans to leave. If there is ever an issue, I jump on board and help solve it instead of critcizing and doing nothing [and giving a petty rating for my petty problem].

All hands on deck in our community. If you want to live in a coop, you have to learn to cooperate. Committees, event coordinators and Board of Directors are all Members who got off their couch and took art in their neighbourhood. This place is safe, fun and friendly, if YOU want it to be.

I spent 33 years in Toronto paying market rent. No backyard, no front yard, no events catered for me and my family. I had nothing but a bunch of strangers as neighbours. Here I have neighbours who are strange jk, lol] and funny and caring and good hard working people who want to raise their kids in a safe place, just like me.
Moving to Leta means coming home.
Why would I leave a place that has more trees than the street I grew up on in Toronto?

Worse place you could end up at not with one star a bunch of busy bodies and the board of directors thinks they are above everyone else living in prison will be better than here or homeless they pick on special needs people with mental health conditions

not even worth one star this is the worst place in Peterborough to end up in they are run by a bunch of idiots who take the power of being board members too far they think that they are better then anyone else but have most of the same problems that other people have
