Their mission and employement and school program are wonderful and helpful. the staff is increadiable and amazing. But the CEO and ED are oriented only on revenue and earning and their salary and does not care about their workers.

I recently got the opportunity to explore AGO with Kheda and Cindy. Kheda was very nice and helpful. She took care of us through out our tour. She is very organized and took proactive care for everyone around her. She did an excellent job with the tour. I hope to join her with other activities in the future.

Calling and emailing and no response. I finally called and spoke to someone name Marla who was very rude and not empathetic to my situation. Another lady who works there told me this program is funded by the government so I emailed them to report this rude staff.

We got a free AGO tour invite from LDATD which included free snacks ,TTC tickets and Art gallery tickets. We had a great experience with the group. Kheda and Cindy were very welcoming and helpful. My mom could not speak English , but they made sure she felt a part of the group by taking care of her at every step.

Kheda is an excellent event organizer. She took care of all the logistics seamlessly and made us feel comfortable instantly. It was wonderful to have her as the point of contact.

I must say one of the workers there, which I believe her name is Kheda at LDATD settlement department, she is an outstanding individual. The workshops she hosts, her tone the way she speaks to people, how she explains, she is amazing. Thank you for all that you do.
