I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Laurel Gardens (Broadstreet Properties) apartment for nearly a year. The highlight of my time there was undoubtedly Leasing Office Manager Poonam Ji. She is absolutely exceptional—her customer service is top-notch, and she handles issues and concerns with remarkable efficiency. Poonam is not only a fantastic listener but also incredibly patient and considerate. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained, with a strong sense of community and safety that made it a comfortable and secure place to live. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my staying at the Laurel Gardens ( Broadstreet properties) Apartment for almost a year. It was great especially Leasing office manager Poonam Ji. She is AMAZING and wonderful. She gives excellent customer service and understand our issue, troubles and solve them in timely manner. She is a very good listener have lots of patients as well. Also, its safe place to live.

Laurel Gardens has been home for the past 8 years. I have appreciated living in a building that feels safe and is kept clean. Me and my family moved here last year, it was easy process to move in, especially thanks to Ms Poonam she is very approachable. This place is well maintained and cleaned up every day. I would recommend to anyone who loves to live in a clean and noise free place
